The front wrap panel of the skirt has a draping detail, and the underskirt has a visible zipper that's covered by the draping, but can be partially unzipped for more ease movement. The positioning of the wrap panels is fixed, and secured with two buttons. The waist is not stretchable. Size 4, and fits true to size. See pics for approximate flat lay measurements. The fabric does not stretch. 100% polyester and machine washable. Excellent used condition. I am the original owner of the dress, and it has only been worn a handful of times.
