Apt.9 Black Skirt The top layer is a more see-through fabric; with a shorter underskirt The underskirt has a piece coming unhemmed, but it can’t be seen when being worn The waistband is nice and thick! Fabric has some good stretch to it There is some general piling, just from being worn over time, but it is in great used condition!
