Size 4 Houndstooth pattern It does have pockets Zips in the back It is lined To me it has the feel of a wool blend fabric but it is not. There are no stains or holes and this skirt is from a smoke free home Laying flat the waist measures approximately 15” side to side Length is approximately 20”
