So so cute. Ann Taylor White Tiered Fringe Sleeveless Party Top Flapper Retro Gatsby. 100% polyester. Keyhole button back Size: 4 Approx measurements: Armpit to armpit: 17.5” Length: 23” Pre-owned, very good condition except there are some bluish threads showing under the keyhole button that are not seen when wearing and a very very tiny mark on the inside of the top that is barely noticeable. These can be seen in last two photos. Also this has not been worn since being dry cleaned.
