Excellent condition Ann Taylor floral appliqué pencil skirt with blue/navy blue flowers and what appears to be either a black or a very very dark navy base fabric (it really looks like a toss up, but the interior fabric is navy, so I’d lean that way!). Barely wore this - once, maybe twice. So cute but I’m just not a pencil skirt gal. Hidden back zip and hook closure, back vent, fully lined. Size 2. 14” waist 23” length
