Vintage 1980 high waisted wool skirt with belt loops What a cute long skirt that’s high waisted with a thick waistband. Colors in the shade of gray flicked with black and brown Gathered at the waist to make a fuller skirt Back zipper and hook closing with 2 belt loops at the back.
