Altar'd State Floral Set

Altar’d State floral skirt and short sleeve cropped set. This is a very unique and cute outfit. The top crosses in the back and the sleeves of the top puff a little. The skirt fits tight, but isn’t too short and flares at the bottom. Fits true to size and has not been worn.
