This dress is a one of a kind sample. The edges of the skirt are all sewn with horsehair ribbon to help it maintain its flare. It is also VERY stretchy and accommodating. I bought it as a potential baby shower dress when I was not as pregnant and I am much bigger now and it still fits. It has a low lace up back but the original ribbon is missing. I threaded it with some hermes ribbon I have on hand and it actually works quite well. You can also replace it with some thin pink silk ribbon if you would like.
