Alfani Cowl Neck Tunic or Mini in Hot Pink, Black & White

I think this is supposed to be a mini dress which is perfect because you don’t need much to hit fabulous - cute black heels and a pair of hoops. But I think it would be super cute as a tunic. In your skinny days, belt it and not-so-skinny day let it flow with some comfy leggings. Size tag was removed - see measurements for size. Excellent used condition. No known rips, stains, or smells.
