The entire back has smocking for a flattering look and adds stretch! The bottom has a ruffle look! The straps are adjustable! 100% tencel material. Has some decent stretch! Size large. Width across the chest (unstretched) 17-1/2”. Length from top of body to bottom 13” (length doesn’t include strap length since they are adjustable)
