New with tags, in perfect condition! They just need to be ironed before wearing them. I loved these pants when I initially purchased them but I now realize they are too long on me (I am 5’3” for reference). I’m super sad to get rid of these :( Nothing is actually wrong with the pants though, and they would be adorable for the office or even a more casual look!
