I bought this beautiful skirt a while ago, but unfortunately, it has become too small for me. Please note that the last picture shows a minor defect; I believe it was like this when I purchased it since it was the last one available. Aside from that, everything else looks perfect. The waist measures 13.5 inches across, and the length is 23 inches.
