True vintage Avirex Limited “Suit Flying Type S-36,” made in New York. Not an issued military piece — it’s one of Avirex’s civilian reproductions from the late 1970s–1980s, modeled after WWII U.S. Navy Bureau of Aeronautics flight gear. It has that classic utilitarian cut, great structure, and a heavy-duty zip front with multiple functional pockets and adjustable waist tabs.
