I ADORED this dress and always had so many compliments. It’s a shame it’s too big on me now since the halter and A-line waist is very flattering. It would look great on someone with or without boobs. The waist also had stretch on the back + you can tie the halter as loose or tight as you need to, which is nice if you’re between a M/L. I think this could fit either size well, but it may be snug as a large. Great condition! No signs of fading or wear.
