Black velvet going out top with a lot of ruching by Tete a Tete from the 1980s or 90s. Three-quarter sleeves, v neck, and slightly cropped silhouette. Ruched in the front but not the back. Gothic or whimsigoth vibe that could also skew punk with the right styling. Super versatile. In excellent condition without visible flaws. Velvet fabric is very plush.
