Sparkly black empire waist halter style cocktail dress perfect for New Year’s Eve, homecoming, or prom vintage from the y2k era by the brand Speechless. In very good vintage condition - only flaw is a missing rhinestone as pictured.
Semi-sheer glittery chiffon layer on top of the black base for extra dimension. Accented by a thick black satin ribbon and a silver rhinestone clip at the waist. Adjustable ties at the neck and waist for the perfect fit. Very light padding in the bust.
Very fairycore and whimsigoth. Looks like a black version of Marilyn Monroe’s white dress. Super flattering!
