BEAUTIFUL Kramer’s of New Haven classy 1950s vintage red 100% wool floor length coat. Kramer’s of New Haven, sadly, is no longer making new coats, but when this coat was made, they were a luxury brand very few could afford. They specialized in mid-to-floor length mink coats for cold Connecticut winters, but also made wool coats like these for the very same thing. If you need a rare, truly warm, well made, luxury winter coat with a vintage history, look no further. This one is in wonderful vintage condition. *The only flaw is that there are a few nicks in the coat (shown in the last photos). Price reflects flaw.* ♥️ Heavily discounted: this brand was a high fashion designer brand in the 50s and was likely over $1000 in today’s pricing scale, adjusted for inflation. There is no size labeled (I believe this one was made especially for someone) but I’d estimate it at around a modern-day size 8-10 (medium).
