The mirror inside and tag lead to me to believe this is from the late 90s to early 2000s as that's not a feature commonly made anymore. Bag measures approximately 12"x10" and is in good condition. No holes, tears or stains. If you are texture sensitive you may not like the feeling of the interior. It has a rubbery feel that feels icky to me.
