It is a wool/nylon/spandex blend, is fully lined in 100% silk, and is in great condition. One seller described this as a mini dress. Which I guess you could do. The front of the jacket has raw edged ruffles and a double zipper with cute zipper pulls. The sleeves are just a touch shorter than normal.
