Isabel Marant $480 36 US 4 Silk Mini Skirt Ruffle Flirty Blue Black Flounce

This mini skirt is by French luxury clothing designer Isabel Marant for size 36 or US size 4. The skirt is fully lined and is 100% silk. It retailed close to $500. The skirt is in great condition. There is an area close to the waist with blue spots on it. I put a damp rag with just water on it, and it did get lighter. But, I didn’t want to rub too hard and ruin the fabric.
