Do you know how to sew? Do you know someone that sews? This is a Sequin Free People dress that I’ve tried to change and I just got sidetracked and never got around to it. The dress is an excellent condition and it comes with a rhinestone chain for the shoulder straps. This is a great deal would be a cute project. The dress is a size small, but the tag has been removed. Pit to pit is measuring 19 inches From the corner of the shoulders to the bottom of the dress is 30 inches long
