Jukebox brand. Color: blue and white Single point collar and full frontal, button-down, long sleeve blouse, shirt, top. It has seven buttons down the front. It is this beautiful, vintage, paisley, patchwork, print all over in the shades of blue and white. It has long sleeves with a single button on the cough and a small keyhole detail above the button. There is a small tear in the armpit on both sides. There is no size tag or washing instructions. Please see measurements for fit.
