Free peoples extra tropical summer dress. It has strings in the back to tighten around your lower back and three elastic straps that go across to hold the top up along with the halter strap. This dress is very long I’m 5 foot two and I tried to tie a knot in it was not happening. I do not suggest the stress for anyone under 5 foot five but if you like them long and you want to sew them up, go for it.
