1970’s vintage Jantzen size 14 plaid skirt. Elastic waist. The elastic stretches but not much. It’s not broke but the way it’s made. Top of skirt side to side 13.5” and length 24” runs small!!!!. Top of skirt will only stretch about 3” more. Cotton polyester blend
