Waist is drawstring with some elastic- has a LITTLE stretch in the waist. The dress overall is NOT stretchy. Sleeveless with ruffles extending from shoulder. 6 buttons allowing you to button up to the neck or wear unbuttoned just above the drawstring. Fully lined. Great for many occasions!
