STUNNING vintage 1980s Saks Fifth Avenue black velvet and silk polka dot drop-waist dress, size 10. This piece is so special, with ruched bubble short sleeves in a vibrant black silk jacquard with bold polka dots and a ruched skirt in the same fabric topped with a large hip bow. The detail and craftsmanship is incredible. Made in Korea. Back zip and eye & hook closure. Fits as a modern size 10 but as with any vintage purchase, consider measurements: 16" shoulder to shoulder laid flat, 16" armpit to armpit laid flat, 16" waist laid flat, 20" top of shoulder to waist, 26" waist to bottom hem.
