After an item you're selling has a few loves, you can send a Private Offer to people that love the item. It’s like when buyers send you an offer, but in reverse: you send an offer to potential buyers with a new lower price.

People that love your item will have 24 hours to accept or counter your Private Offer. If they accept, the purchase is made and you’ll receive a link to print your shipping label.

We require Private Offers be at least 10% less than your previous lowest price and you can send one Private Offer per item every 72 hours. You can send private offers out individually or to your whole closet at once using the Quick Promote feature.

To access the Private Offer feature, go to an item in your closet and tap Promote, or go Account > Selling > Promote. You can access the quick promote feature from Account > Selling > Promote.
