Super cute button up button sleeves also cute, puffy sleeve detail at the shoulder. Freshly laundered. Measures 20 inches from armpit to armpit laying flat and 32 inches from the shoulder to the bottom hem. Made of cotton polyester and spandex. The waist is 16 inches from side to sideline flat. This could be a long Jean jacket coat or a mini dress. I’ve seen it online either way freshly laundered.
