This vintage belt is navy blue and tan leather and comes from Liz Claiborne Accessories. It's stamped on the back with the brand and Made in the USA. The navy part is elastic and stretchy, giving it some flexibility in sizing. It's a simple way to add a little Southwestern flare to any outfit. | MEASUREMENTS | Length: Full length is 36" Not stretched the first hole is 30" then 29" and 28" Stretched it can go to 40" at the first hole.
