Very good pre-loved condition! The exterior leather shows only minor, light cosmetic scuffs from gentle use. The turnlock hardware is fully functional. Inside, there is one small area where the stitching is loosening on one side of an interior slip pocket (from sliding a checkbook in and out). And one small stain in an Interior pocket.
