Vintage 90s XOXO Collection Boho Tiered Midi Festival Peasant Skirt Black Small , preowned in EUC. Like new. This skirt looks like new. Only the material tag shoes it’s true age Size S Waist flat across unstretched 12” stretched 14” Hips flat across approximately 17” Length with waistband folded down 28” Due to material tag being faded, exact fabric content is unknown. The material has a gauzy feel and is lightweight with metallic threading throughout. Embellished with an ornate ribbon and sequins above the bottoms ruffle. Yoga style fold down waistband can be worn up for high waist look or folded down in true 90s/y2k style.
