This great dress is in good condition, with normal wear and tear, meaning that it is pre-owned/pre-loved, and is as comfortable as it is stylish, and vice versa. Since this is from the mid to late 1960's, there is wear such as stains, as seen in the photos. This was made by my grandmother, for my mother to wear, in the 1960's. My mother was probably around 98 pounds and 5'1" when she wore this fitted dress but please refer to the following approximate measurements for a more accurate assessment of the fit: Width (from armpit to armpit) = 16"; Length (from neckline to hem) = 33.5"; Waist = 24"; Sleeve length (from shoulder to end) = 13" This comes from a smoke-free home, but I do have pets. My merchandise is stored away from my pets but, understandably so, stray hairs can/may be included when the item(s) is packed for shipping.
