NO OFFERS. PRICE IS FIRM AND NON-NEGOTIABLE. NO . Steve Madden "Kat Pant" in Black, size XS. Sold out everywhere! Only worn twice. The stitching in the back looks like it's coming out a bit (see close-up photos); all three pairs of these that I've purchased looked like this, and the stitching hasn't actually budged after being worn, so it appears to be a manufacturer's defect. Steve Madden description: "If sporty and chic had a baby. The Kat Pant is a nylon cargo style pull-on. She features a boot cut hem and front cargo pockets with a metal buckle detail.".
