Rowan dress in buttercream color size small! I bought this dress for myself and I ended up not being able to wear it because it does not fit me correctly; this would be flattering on somebody that has a smaller chest than myself. The quality of this dress is amazing and it really is so flattering, however, I bought it to wear to church and it just feels a bit too a modest on the neckline for me. This dress is brand new without tags! I am unable to return because I missed the refund deadline date.
