Romeo + Juliet Couture White & Blue Off Shoulder Romper NWT *belt not included

Brand new with tags but unfortunately it arrived with no belt. The waist is gathered and it honestly looks great without the belt anyway. The pit to pit measurement is 19 inches across and the length from top of bust line to bottom of short section is 26 inches give or take a slight difference depending on if you blouse it at the fathered waist or pull it down.
