never worn all black platform knee high boots. base is textured matte, the rest is semi shiny. they look really cute on, just bought them a little too big. i’m a US 6 and these are a UK 4, best for size 6.5 most likely. they zip up and are made for skinnier calves, i have bigger legs and it was difficult for me to zip up. can be dressed up or down!
