The cropped top ties in front at the bottom. The cropped top has elastic in neckline, waistband, and bottom of the sleeves. Boho. Soft. Stretchy. Smooth feeling. The cropped top shows signs of normal wear and has a red mark on the inside tag. Please see pictures for more details. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 17 1/2 inches and from back of the neck to bottom of the cropped top is 15 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
