None Teal Faux Leather Y2K Purse

This shoulder bag has a small tag as shown in the photo, but I am unable to tell what brand it is. Definitely has a y2k hobo bag vibe but I am also unsure when it was made. Excellent used condition. Slight peeling on the shoulder strap but otherwise no callouts. Ships from a smoke free home.
