This dress is in fantastic used condition! It is an Endless Rose (a Revolve brand) chiffon pleated cold shoulder mini dress in a size extra small. It features adorable rope tie straps, fun accordion-style pleating, a square neckline, flutter sleeves, and a contrast hem. It has a very loose and flowy fit.
