The skirt shows signs of normal wear. Please see pictures for more details. Buttons down the front. The skirt has front and back pockets. Belt loops. Soft. Stretchy. Smooth feeling. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: the waist is 14 inches, the hips are 18 inches, and from top of the skirt to the bottom is 16 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
