Meshki Dress

Beautiful dress but too small for me! This dress has multiple purposes, black tie event or it can be a simple black dress. It is brand new and not tried on due to it not fitting. Still has tags! FITS LIKE A LARGE OR BIGGER MEDIUM! The string across the back looks like it can be cut off or hidden in the dress if not liked!
