Pretty blue. Never worn with tags. Top is a one shoulder/stretchy elastic. Bottoms look like a skirt but have shorts built into it. It will definitely need to be ironed/steamed. It’s oversized. It is brand new, when trying it on I took tags off. I have never worn it
