new without tags. i legit only tried this on and the tag had fallen off. just too much of a mini dress for me. but soooo cute very very flattering i would say it runs a bit small im a m/l girly i kinda fall in between, and it fit perfectly. silky material,, it’s very comparable to princess polly!
