This gorgeous 100% cotton embroidered crochet cream floral halter tie neck handkerchief scarf hemline midi dress is perfect for the beach. The skirt is unlined but the top is, lightweight and flowy. There is a small rip in the seam on the front (see photo) but is unnoticeable while being worn and could easily be repaired. There is a small yellow stain on the lower skirt (see photo).
