Black velvet ankle length pants with side pockets and back elastic waistband. Small notches in cuffs. Lightweight and stretchy. New with tag attached. There is a lined impression in the velvet of the right leg (pictured). I believe this to be from storage. There aren’t any runs or pulls in the fabric.
