Hello Kitty Swim Top

This top is brand new with all the tags on it and is a super cute Hello Kitty branded swim top from Hot Topic. This is a size xl but could easily fit a large as well. This top is padded and the little bow on it is filled with the same padding so it will not be too heavy. The top is fully adjustable with beaded straps to tie around the neck and a strap to tie around your back. The top straps are also removable if you want a completely strapless look as well. This brand new item has zero flaws and is in perfect condition. I am getting rid of this because it was a gift but is not my size.
