This is an H&M business-professional dress in a houndstooth pattern. It’s been my favorite work dress for years, but I had to accept that it’s finally too small for me. I do love it so much that I went and found a thrifted version in the next size up! PLEASE NOTE H&M is notorious for their inaccurate sizing. Though the tag reads size 6, I have listed it as 4 as they do run small! The dress is in good pre-loved condition. It washes well, the fabric is thick enough I never had to iron it, and I always air dryed it which helped keep it in good shape! The dress is a sheath shape with a split at the back. The neckline is sweetheart and the cut/seems of this dress are very very flattering. The predominant flaw in the dress is the lining at the split hem is coming apart a bit. I didn’t notice until I turned it inside out for photos, so it doesn’t affect the wearability - but may require upkeep in the future. Just hoping that someone else can use/love this as much as me!
