It’s lined, has two pockets, a sturdy zipper, two buckle details on the neck that can close to keep your neck extra warm or open if you want the collar to show. It’s a size M, but it could fit XXS-M depending on how you want it to fit! Only worn once. I love it, but it’s just too warm where I live to wear it often.
