This Forever 21 + blouse is in a navy blue color and a size 2X. It is in excellent condition and it fits true to size. It has the cutest print on it and a lace detail on the front. It also has a button up detail on the back. Absolutely love this shirt but unfortunately my bust outgrew it :(
