Sleeveless knit top from Eileen Fisher size XS. Such a unique blouse. It is charcoal grey with metallic thred shimmer. It has a swing style cut. The neckline has knit strands like a layered necklace. There are no obvious flaws, a couple of the strands have thinned where they connect to the top. See last photo. Approximately- 17.5” pit to pit 24” length
